Trip to Imma

Our visit to the modern art gallery

Last Thursday, we visited the Irish museum of modern art. We went on the luas to Hueston station and then walked up to the museum. The luas cost us one euro fifty for a return ticket.
When we got there we were split into two groups and shown around by two guides.
We saw a lot of different types of modern art and sculptures. I loved the moving curtain. It was made of silk and a motor twirled it around. You could go inside and feel the breeze. I thought the sculpture with the crystals and the coals was the best. It was like a river flowing out of a box.
Afterwards, they gave us some art materials so that we could make our own sculptures. Mine looked like the world cup.
I really enjoyed this trip. It was brilliant. I’d go back there again.
